How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account through the app settings, or visit our account deletion page. Your data will be permanently deleted within 48 hours.
How do I reset my password?
Visit the password reset page and enter your email address. You’ll receive a link to set a new password.
How do I report a user or content?
In the app, tap the three-dot menu on any profile, plan, or message and select “Report.” You can also email us directly at hello@washedup.app with details.
Is WashedUp free?
Yes. WashedUp is free to use. Creating an account, browsing plans, joining plans, and messaging are all free. We may introduce optional premium features in the future, but the core experience will always be free.
Is WashedUp a dating app?
No. WashedUp is a social platform for finding people to do things with — concerts, hikes, beach days, restaurant openings, anything. It’s about finding people to go with, not dating.
How old do I have to be to use WashedUp?
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use WashedUp.
What data does WashedUp collect?
