Sun, sand, sound & ground ☀️ My name is Ciara & this summer I'm hosting a series of sound baths right on Venice Beach. Donation-based & open to everyone! First one is Saturday July 11 at 9 AM to the left of the Venice Pier. Sound baths are great for stress, grounding, and just getting out of your head for a while. Outside by the ocean makes it even better. After the session, sip on botanical refreshments by Everflora, and @itsbiggerthanus is hosting their monthly community beach cleanup until 11am— great way to make a full morning of it!
