By opting in, you grant WashedUp a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use photos and videos you upload through the app for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, marketing materials, and the WashedUp website.
You represent and warrant that:
- You have the right to grant this license for any content you upload
- Any identifiable individuals in your content have given their consent to appear
- Your content does not include minors (anyone under 18)
WashedUp may credit your username when practical but is not obligated to do so.
You may revoke this consent at any time by emailing legal@washedup.app. Revocation applies to future use only. Content already published before revocation may remain in circulation.
This consent is governed by and subject to the WashedUp Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
